Our restaurant is open daily from Wednesday to Sunday (Mon + Tues weekly closing). Warm meals are available during the following hours:

Austrian delicacies and international cuisine in the Tyrolean traditional guest house

Here, the best of the regional is supplemented by international ingredients and turned into award-winning culinary delights. Head Chef Alexander Struth combines tradition from Tirol and South Tirol with the exotic from distant lands. Of course, everything is freshly prepared each day.

We are constantly expanding our menu with current specialities, changing daily specials and exclusive creations. For many decades, our restaurant has also been well known for fish specialities. Accompanied by a glass of matching wine from our excellent wine list, nothing stands in the way of an enjoyable meal.

Gaby Struth is also active in service and personally ensures that guests are not missing anything. Come and enjoy some wonderful hours in the cosy atmosphere of our restaurant in the morning, at lunch, or in the evening. In the summer months, our visitors naturally enjoy spending some time in our beautiful garden most of all.

Details that make a difference

In order to achieve something, it’s sometimes necessary to recharge your batteries and swim against the tide. We seek to do this with extraordinary ideas, which you can find on our menu, over and over again and the success speaks for itself.

Our restaurant has been awarded with 2 toques by Gault Millau since 2019, where the restaurant is referred to as the “Pearl in the Festival Town Erl”.

Energising Breakfast Buffet

A good start to the day is undoubtedly best after a balanced breakfast. Between 8am and 10am (also earlier upon request), at our breakfast buffet you have the opportunity to fill your energy stores, and be fit for the day and activities ahead. All of our egg dishes are prepared and served á la minute. Fragrant coffee and freshly-pressed apple and carrot juice with ginger provide you the necessary kick of motivation. You decide for yourself whether you prefer hearty or light, hearty or rich in vitamins and enjoy jumping into a new day on holiday. The hosts Gaby and Alex and available to provide you will valuable hiking, excursion and cycling tips and are often the source of inspiration for the day’s activities.

Coffee is Quality of Life

Coffee is not drunk because of thirst or hunger. Coffee is enjoyed. At the Hotel*** Gasthof Blaue Quelle, you can start the day with a cup of coffee and end it with an espresso after a nice meal. It enhances little breaks and completes good conversations.
